It's said that it takes 40 days to fully create a new mental habit/continuum. Leah will be your guide through this 40 day practice which will test your ability to stay present and focused while creating the perserverance to actually stick to a routine/practice for 40 days. This is an opportunity to shift years of negative habitual tendencies and expand into a heightened state of awareness.
